To reserve we require Name, Contact Phone Number and Delivery Address. We do not require a deposit to reserve and there is no penalty or lost deposit money if you need to cancel for any reason. We do book reservations in advance, however last minute reservations are often accepted.
Payment can be cash, credit, debit, check, Venmo, Zelle, Samsung Pay, Google Pay and Apple Pay and is due upon delivery and set-up. Along with accepting credit and debit card payments at your location, we also accept credit and debit card payments online from our 'Online Pay' page. The delivery person will setup your party rental item(s), review the safety rules, then collect payment. A signed receipt with a copy of the safety rules will be provided.
Grass, concrete, asphalt, sand, bark, gravel & dirt surfaces are acceptable. Also, we can level out slight slopes or irregularities for our jump houses. Maximum slope is 15 inches of drop over the the length of the inflatable. The jumpers can span over planter borders, curbs, etc. if need be without affecting the jumping experience. Inflatable slides must go with or against the slope (No Tilting). Crossing planter borders, curbs, etc. can be accomplished. Most of our jumpers can fit onto a standard driveway. Our sandbags can be used to secure the jump if needed.

All of our inflatable jumps and slides are commercial quality. Depending on the specific inflatable the maximum weight capacity ranges from 800 to 1200 pounds of jumpers at a time. Adults can join in the fun! The number of participants also depends on their activity level. The more active the more room needed between each individual. Also, only comparable sized children should play in the inflatable at the same time. Regardless of age. If needed you can split the participants into groups.
YES. We take care to clean AND sanitize our inflatables after each and every use. We take this step seriously and pride ourselves in providing clean and safe inflatable bouncers.
We start deliveries at 8am and end pickups at 9pm. You may choose the hours. We are very flexible. We can also set up for an overnight occasion or a full two-day rental.
If it rains or is very windy on the day of your event, you may cancel the reservation with No penalty. We can watch the weather all the way up to time of delivery. You can decide then if you want to go ahead with the rental. For safety reasons we do not operate the inflatables in high wind and\or rain. If weather conditions are marginal on your event date, and you decide to go ahead with the rental, we do not give refunds once the bouncer is setup.
Not within our delivery service area which includes the cities, towns and communities of Loomis, Rocklin, Roseville, Penryn, Newcastle, Ophir, Lincoln, Granite Bay, Whitney, Gold Hill, Virginiatown, Citrus Heights, Orangevale with most of Auburn and surrounding localities. We do discount for nearby deliveries.

As a courtesy, please try to cancel your reservation at least 4-5 business days before your event. This way we can give the opportunity to someone on our waiting list.
